Cancellation Policy

Effective date: June 1, 2026

This Cancellation Policy governs the procedures and standards for cancelling booked lessons on HelloSSam.

Article 1 (How to Cancel a Lesson)

Select the relevant lesson from the [My Bookings] menu in the app or website and click [Cancel Lesson]. A confirmation email is sent once the cancellation is complete.

Article 2 (Student Cancellation)

Students may cancel at any time before the lesson starts. The refund amount depends on the cancellation timing, as set out in Article 1 of the Refund Policy.

Article 3 (Platform’s Right to Cancel)

Lessons involving a user who has violated the Terms of Service may be cancelled by HelloSSam at its discretion. In such cases, a full refund is made to the non-offending party.
